Synergy Garden Please join us in our community gardening efforts! There's so much going on with our garden... Over Memorial Day weekend, many volunteers helped to clear rocks out of the garden plot, plant all sorts of vegetables (tomatoes, jalapeno and cayenne peppers, okra, butter beans, sweet potatoes, & onions), and mulch.  On May 30, 2009, more volunteers helped to plant squash, cucumbers, green beans, pink-eyed peas, and bell peppers. The fresh produce will be shared among garden volunteers, and a portion will be donated to the food bank at Emergency Relief.

We're looking for more help to care for the garden.  We're also looking for volunteers to join the Synergy Garden Leadership Team. No gardening experience required!  We'll provide "how to" workshops and you can learn from others!!
