    • a. Utilize person-centered services to ensure the highest quality of services for the people we support
    • b. Connect individuals to quality resources of their choice and collaborate with organizations to support progress
    • c. Ensure effective communication for people served, partners, families, and other stakeholders
    • d. Build a network of partners in environments driven by individual choice
    • e. Ensure we have technology to support service delivery and streamline business processes
  3. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
    • a. Cultivate a culture that accepts all people and recognizes the assets of having an organization with differences, life experiences, innovation, self-expression, knowledge, etc.
    • b. Ensure that all individuals have a representative in every component of the organization, including planning, decision making and implementation
    • c. Collaborate with DEI providers to ensure DEI training for community members, staff, people served, families, and other stakeholder
