  • Courage Center for Community Services, Inc. believes it takes strong advocates to break barriers of discrimination and to establish opportunities to make system navigation and community integration a reality for the people we serve. We believe in addressing challenges head-on for individuals to live the quality of life they choose.
  • CompetencyMuch of the work requires education and awareness to all in order for everyone to value the contributions that the people we support bring to communities. Center For Community Services ensures staff has the highest level of training and skill sets to transfer knowledge to communities to empower a village to stand by the choices of those we support.

Rationale: Center For Community Services, Inc. proposes to support individuals with developmental disabilities that are individually designed to respond to the person’s needs and desires, as well as to reflect an appreciation of the individual’s unique personality. With the proper support from staff, who are experienced and trained, everyone can be presented with the opportunity to live, work, recreate, and learn as valued members of the community.
