Center For Community Services would like to ensure that ALL staff is qualified and capable of supporting the individuals
All staff will be logged in the training schedule, which is maintained, monitored, and enforced by Human Resources.
- All staff will receive mandated DDA training within the first 30 days of onboarding. Training completion is a prerequisite for all staff to be able to work individually with the people we serve. Individual (position) specific training will be held before working independently with people support. Staff will also receive training on special procedures.
- Staff will be required to engage in quarterly training refreshers and ongoing training by Quality Control if errors or challenges arise.
- Lastly, our team will be encouraged to take additional training and CEC, which will be covered as a benefit within our organization.
